2. Non-Refundable Situations

- Delayed Shipping: If the delay is caused by uncontrollable factors (e.g., customs, weather, carrier delays).

5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
